Germans but I want to ask about Jerry Jones and Nick Saban

Does anyone think that Saban would dart for the NFL again? His first run there wasn't entirely successful, but he seems to be a better coach now than he was then. Plus, it looks like Jerry Jones really wants him. He was there to greet him at the Alabama-Michigan game, and I'm sure that throttling made Jones' mouth water. I personally don't see it happening, but it is possible. What do you think?

An LSU fan starting a thread about Saban leaving Bama?

Saban promised that this would be his last job, that he'd stay here as long as Alabama wanted him, then he'd retire to Lake Burton. "My next stop will be Lake Burton," Saban said. "That's where they made 'Deliverance' and they don't have a football team there."

I knew Bama fans were going to be hurt by this idea. I personally like Saban in college football. He makes things more interesting

Thanks for proving my point. You're pissed that I'd even mention it.

Is there really any mileage left in this "discussion"...? Surely the other 178,021 threads started by LSU fans have covered it?

Honestly Nothing Nick Saban's Head Coaching career is motivated my money and only money. Who could blame the guy? He is a great football coach. If Jerry Jones puts a blank check on the table, I think Nick Saban would seriously consider it. LSU fans didn't hate him for going to Miami. In his position he can get damn near anything he wants as payment for his services.

Saban would never consider it for the simple fact that Jerry Jones will never give him the power that he needs. Remember, he had complete power over personnel decisions in Miami.
