Went from 165-215 from 8th to 10th grade
Got to 170 last month.
Back up to 190 now

How tall are you, if you don't mind me asking?
I am 5'10" and weighed 125 from 10th to 12th grade (though I grew a few inches in that span)
Got up to 165 in 2017. Back down to 140 now since I've been through with school. College weight gain is a real thing for many.

I’m 6-1.
I was pretty close to where I wanted to be by the end of the summer, but once school starts I get stressed and never can find time to work out.
