Kirby has dismissed multiple players for traffic infractions. How many coaches have done that?
Has the behavioral pattern changed in the locker room? When you discipline a player or child, you do it for 2 reasons. To make physical and emotional changes in the individual. To make physical and emotional changes in the locker room. That's called culture.
As far as the individual is concerned, the only thing Kirby Smart can accept is to STOP the wrong. Period, no compromise, no understanding, total and complete capitulation to that behavior. I'll be the first to tell you that that is never met with 100% compliance. It could be stubbornness or even mental illness. Once a warning has gone out and that person has shown you they aren't listening, they are "gone in 60 seconds." A great coach will never, ever, sacrifice the whole for the individual. And the head coach is still trying to change the culture with over 100 more guys. And yet all you can tell me is that this same bad behavior continues to happen with Kirby Smart's players.
If the same bad behavior continues to happen, then Kirby Smart sux at recruiting kids with character who are willing to take coaching and discipline. That's a Kirby Smart problem when he went into their house. There were signs in the years of recruiting him, and he missed them. For the sake of the locker room and football culture going forward, he better do a serious autopsy on his NO. NO means NO.

I was rteferring to Tennessee's 2 championships, yet hanging 6 banners. Sad. You want so desperately to be grouped with the elites of the sport, but you guys are mid on a good year.

This is your suggestion, to Automatically kick a kid off the team no matter how minor the transgression, no matter their history? Thats simple minded nonsense.

Most of the kids are recruited by most of the schools, so this is a point to be made about mostly everyone, and it’s a dumb suggestion to make. Kids make mistakes. It’s past of growing up.

Another absurd suggestion considering the whole hasn’t been sacrificed.

I apologize for not being able to read your mind I guess.
What are your thoughts on the absolute reckless (irony intended due to various wrecks) handling of the 27 or 28 arrests and multiple deaths around UGAs football program? And the fact Smart seems disinclined to address the issue.

Mooning doesn’t imply distance…
Speeding? DUIs (players and staff) domestic violence and violence against children (with repeat offenders) street racing killing a player and staffer, memos from UGAs AD office telling staff to drink and drive, multiple drug and firearms arrests.
Vs mooning….

Your point is irrelevant.
This for damn sure doesnt disprove my point in any way. If Fulmer meant so much to UT, why wait until he sucks arse to fire his arse? Why not fire him while he was winning big? Because winning matters most to UT.

Tennessee covered up a sexual assault for manning and he didn’t even win a ring.

I asked you first. How do you explain 6 banners for a titles and how do you reconcile Stetson Bennett being so bad yet the Vols never beat him and he has as many rings as the Vols have in their entire history.
Mid program...on a good year

You didn't read that, so why assume it? When a coaching staff realizes that the answer is NO and compliance isn't coming, because bad behavior continues, then they are gone. Does discipline scare you this much?

So, if the players are simply the same, for the most part, why is one type of misbehavior so rampant and continuous at Georgia and not everywhere else? Kirby Smart is not affecting change in that area. That is a Kirby Smart problem, and anytime your NO doesn't mean NO, the kids will be the first to know it.

Then why hasn't the behavior stopped in the locker room? You and Kirby Smart are simply trying to make excuses for what we see. There is an adage that says it best; perhaps you should take it to heart. "Your action speaks so loud, I can't hear a word you're saying.
Believe what you see.

Screwing a kid over after they made a minor mistake, or their first mistake, is retarded.

Yes it does. It changes the dynamics totally. he placed his testicles and his rectum ON the woman's face. Again..if it were done to your daughter you would not be splitting hairs. But, hey. Only a Tennessee fan would struggle telling the difference between mooning a person and placing their testicles and rectum on the woman's face without her permission.

Would you like for me to provide you with links of how the University of Tennessee covered up rapes and sexual assaults?
How about the links of the University of Tennessee was under federal investigation for covering up said sexual assaults and rapes because the University f Tennessee was busy covering them up.
Or how about links of UT paying recruits using McDonalds bags when it was still against the rules? I can find a few links of those. I'm thinking Tennessee fans should be the last fans to point fingers at other schools.

— Page 15: The alleged cover-up begins. Mike Rollo — once the originator of the "c— bumper" nickname — helped Manning concoct an alternate story, according to the document. That story: That he had mooned fellow athlete Malcolm Saxon and Dr. Naughright was an accidental bystander. Manning would recount this version of events in his book and to investigators.
— Page 18: According to the document, Naughright reported the incident within hours. She was told not to call the police. When Naughright took a leave of absence after the incident, university officials asked her to pin the incident on another player — a player with less star power than Manning — according to Naughright.
— Page 19: Even worse? Dr. Naughright says Tennessee specifically asked her to pin the incident on a particular athlete — an African-American athlete.
Tennessee. You gotta love it. Just boys being boys, right?

If you understand the significance of Fulmer, Nico, and Carter to Tennessee, DJ, you need to log out of your account today.

My question is far more germane to the discussion slick.
Find something interesting or atleast entertaining to say, the UGA circle jerk is growing stale.
