If lsu beats uga to win the sec, they jump the vols. Committee doesn’t care about what happened so early in the season, as proven in poll 1.

TenRC is out of their collective minds if they think they are going to playoffs. It would require the equivalent of a lottery pull to get them in at this point. They will not see Georgia again, unless by some miracle LSU/Ole Miss beat Georgia in Atlanta, and I just don't see it happening. There are too many unbeaten teams. If TCU manages to beat Texas this weekend and win their championship game they are in. OSU is in and Michigan are probably in, despite a loss before the end of the season. There is no way they are going to send TN back after losing by two touchdowns to the Dawgs. The pure ugliness of that beatdown put you in a New Years' Day bowl at best.

It wasn't even that ugly. Our offense just wasn't clicking. It was WAY less ugly than what Bama did to you in Atlanta last year. You fricking hypocritical mutt.

SEC champion will absolutely get in over a 1 loss team that didn't make it to the SEC CG. Tennessee would need UGA to beat LSU in the CG, the winner of the OSU/Meatchicken game to win big, and TCU to lose the Big-12 CG (even if they lose a regular season game, the committee could take a 1-loss big-12 champion over Tennessee).
Tennessee fans should just prepare for a nice bowl game and be satisfied with that. If things shake out and they could make the playoff...that would be great...but as it is...they are already doing so much better than pre-season expectations. It is so much better than any season over the last 15.
