Jesus Christ guys everybody cheats. I coached a 4 star defensive player and a 5 star offensive player on the same high school team. Auburn and Tennessee were in a bidding war for the defensive player. Alabama and Georgia (Richt was the coach) were in a bidding war for the offensive player. FSU actually threw the most at the offensive guy but he wasn't interested. Coaches, in the south anyway, have a set of unwritten rules that they somewhat follow, for example they won't outbid an in state school for a recruit and things like that. Ole Miss took everything to far. I can post all about it because no one believes me, but it happens

This would be under the assumption that every kid is on the take.

Imagine that. An Auburn thread saying Georgia is cheating. then another Auburn fan said Georgia was the "cheatingest" program in the country. When it is proven Auburn runs one of the dirtiest programs in the country an Auburn fan says, "Meh. Everybody cheats!"
You just can't make this stuff up!
