You know you're responding to a Bama fan, right?

We are an underachieved program BIG TIME! We have some of the greatest athletes, in all sports, come from our great state, and can't win jack $hit! Doesn't make sense, but the leadership at UGA has been lacking. Hopefully Kirby rights the ship. He's put us in contention.

Did you forget that he is speaking of plays like kirby’s 4th and 1 that gifted the vols one of their 2 O td’s? He saw it. You saw it. I saw it

In 1980 they didn't even play the #2 team in the country to end the year, and instead played the #7.

Typical Straws with a half truth.
When Notre Dame committed to play in the Sugar Bowl they were undefeated and ranked 2nd.

ND...

We would have boat raced ND in 2012. They were a complete fraud. Look at who they played. Not one team of substance until Alabama. Predictably, they got their shite pushed in. It was a blessing we didn't beat them. If we had, Richt would still be here.

They tied an awful gt team with 3 weeks left in the season and lost to a bad USC team to end the year. Pitt was much better than UGA that year (Bobby Bowden calls that Pitt team the best he's ever seen) Oklahoma or FSU would've beat that UGA team.

I think qb play will do their team in. He is average but has to be very good to carry this team to a natty

I’m pretty sure most of us want you to win it. Problem is you’re going to have to play them twice. We saw how that played out in ‘11. It’s a tall order.

On a positive note, Alabama will have just as much trouble beating UGA twice. So at least if you do lose this one, you’ll have a better shot at winning the SECCG.

I’d kill for Carolina to have that track record.

They were still ranked above Pitt Oklahoma and FSU at the time
the Sugar Bowl bid went out.

You have no idea if any of those teams beats Georgia

Better than all those great Miami teams of the 80's?I don't think so

I guess all those years of watching their rivals win titles took their toll on them.

Maybe. How about Tennessee? All those eyars of watching your team lose taking it's toll on you? I mean....this was the year, amiright?

As last week wore on, I just knew that the Vols were winning it all this year. Alas, they are just as bad as they were last year, and the year before that and so on for the past 22 years.

Look at the bright side. It's only been 13 years since you won the East.

You've been in every Georgia thread for at least two weeks, yet the Vols are in our heads?

*Checking the thread title* Yep. The Vols are clearly in our heads.

Florida is in one for the richest states for talent with the best teams having all been dumpster fires (Miami and FSU) in the past few years. They claim they have a superior coach to Kirby Smart, yet you can't seem to beat him. Who is overrated?
