I’m glad we do it by the book at LSU. It would cheapen the wins and championships if I knew we were coloring outside the lines

Yeah, like a booster imprisoned for stealing money from a children's hospital so he could pay a football players father.

I'll take Brennan every day over that bum who couldn't complete 50 percent of his passes down the stretch and is actually worse in year 3 than in year 1.

He hasn't completed squat because he hasn't even played. You don't have a clue what Brennan is or isn't.

UGA fans keep saying this but they wont explain how its connected to LSU football.
Confused.

Again, I ask how is this connected to the LSU football program?

You can't see how an LSU booster stealing money from a foundation and using that money to pay the father of an LSU football player is related to LSU football? You really think nobody from LSU's program didn't know about a $180,000 payment to a football player?

I only bring this up to point out the incredible irony of upset LSU fans claiming UGA is buying players, not to mention your basketball program.

There's zero proof of any of that and the NCAA didnt apparently think much of it. Do some research and youll see that Alexander's father was likely being used as a pawn to launder money and there's no evidence that it had anything to do with LSU at all, that doesnt fit your narrative though.
You mean the basketball "scandal" that ended with zero suspensions or sanctions from the NCAA?

You're the one making speculations, I'm just going off what actually happened.

Who cares? The NCAA allowed Auburn to get away with paying Scam Newton and his father $200,000. It's not surprising the NCAA wouldn't do anything about it, and players are about to get paid anyway. That's why it's pathetic that you guys are whining about UGA getting players LSU wanted, and accusing us of buying them.

You mean other than the fact that he was an LSU booster, and the fact that nearly $200,000 dollars of that money went into a LSU player and his father's pocket? Okay! If that's the logic you want to run with.

Here's the deal. LSU fans are throwing rocks from a glass house with multiple broken windows. The fact that you're whining over recruiting when you've signed a top 10 class and are in the playoffs is even more pathetic.

I didnt whine about anything, I just find it interesting that UGA fans keep bringing up an incident that wasnt even related to LSU.

Okay, if that helps you sleep at night.

This entire thread is triggered LSU fans whining about recruiting and UGA. Otherwise why make it?

I dont know, I didnt create it or "whine" about UGA in it.
You're the one who came in here saying an LSU booster stole money from a children's hospital to pay recruits which hasnt been proven at all and the time of said payment isnt even known.
Its a lazy claim and you clearly know nothing about the situation.

The LSU narratives are insane and completely devoid of any connection to reality.

It was a damn strong offer son.

And an online article designed to get clicks "proves" it?
I dont know every single detail about what happened but I do know enough about it to know it had no connection to LSU football or LSU athletics in any way.
Continuing to bring it up in relation to LSU looks ignorant to anyone who knows what happened but to each his own.
