"Hadn't won anything" is such a goofy college football trash talk expression.
Instead of saying "hadn't won anything," why not just say "won a national championship" and say what you really mean.
If Tennessee wins 12 games this season and wins the Sugar Bowl this season they'll be howling about both and super proud. But in theory it "won't be anything."

UGA is #2 in the composite and UT is 19.
Also not discussed is UT #1 in offense while UGA is #2(and we really havent tried that hard sitting Bennett in many second halves).... Those saying we cant score is on drugs.

I mean, they did win a natty...
Georgia has been a top notch program for 20 years. They just had some brutal losses and couldn't over the hump for awhile.
2002, 2003, 2008, 2011, 2012, 2017, 2018 were all close calls for them.
They have been severe Nick Saban victims.

Take off 2011 and add 2007.
2011 didn't beat anybody.
Probably take off 2008 and add 2014 (2014 team was great when healthy. 2008 was 3-3 against ranked teams)
