Cal kept Wheeler on that bench most of the 2nd half. Maybe he's finally getting it.

Right. He has to be part time just to rest Cason. Wheeler tries to do too much. It makes the other guys stand around.

Good Game Georgia. Those guards are special.

If we don't have three shooters in there everyone just double and triple teams Oscar. No insult to Wheeler but teams have been getting taller guys isolated on him on defense and on offense we just stagnate with him in there.
That group also moves well without the ball. When Wheeler is in and drives they just lose their sense of spacing. Sometimes his speed works against him when he’s trying to force things and everyone else just ends up standing a looking.
Wallace forces them to run an offense. And to really slow things down.

Wheeler would not be starting over Roberts or Oquendo if he were still at Georgia. And he should have never been a UK starter. I was honestly surprised to see UK take him.

Wallace is obviously the guy now. We’ll still need Wheeler down the road. Cal has to set him up for success when he’s in. Can’t be having him in with Oscar and Lance
