If you like to do big business, it's a perfect path. If you want to handle cases more personally, and actually represent individuals, it's not for you. It all depends on what you're comfortable with, and what you want to pursue.

OH Btw I remember you do shelter volunteer work, well I heard that the Collierville shelter director is coming down there(Might be Birmingham though) to talk to some people about some fundraiser called Smart dogs something(yeah I am terrible at passing along info)
Long story short they want the two areas doing a big fundraiser together.

I would like to handle cases more personally. I heard the best route to go to be a defense attorney was to be a prosecutor for a while to learn the tricks of the trade and then switch to a defense attorney.

That's a true story. Some of the best defense attorney's at our firm were once prosecutors. It's certainly a great thing to do if that's something you have semi interest in.

Ahh. Yeah, I think Hunter and some of the AU ladies kept turning threads into IM threads during the day. That's what brought about Ice Cold's post I believe.

Yeah, that kind of stuff is in the news every now and then. I was just looking for a place to live, then an odd job to do during the day for the next month, then posted looking for people to play music with. Hopefully I don't get murdered if I meet up with someone to discuss music.
