As an Auburn fan we know far better than anyone else that winning championships has little to nothing to do with being the best team. It has always been a beauty contest about driving up TV ratings, media print sale, etc...Only now in a world with a 4 team playoff are we beginning to inch close to crowning a true champion.
The beauty contest has often in history left the best team out, and on the other side of the coin it has often given schools who benefit the financial machine driving CFB chances their play on the field did not deserve. HMMM!!! Championships?

And Josh Bynes would easily be a starter on this years team. Dude was slow in a straight line but, somehow someway, he was always making tackles and intercepting passes. Ask the HBC and Connor Shaw about Josh Bynes.

He's like Jake Holland, IMO. He didn't get any better but, man, he had one hell of a motor. Lots of whiffs but that never stopped him.
He was a real grinder. True team player. Brings his lunch to work everyday kind of guy. That's Tuscaloosa as a poster.
