You have to experience Jordan-Hare for a big game. Its a shame Auburn hosted last year with the shite product on the field but even then, it was a great atmosphere for a football game.

I've been to Athens, Baton Rouge, Columbia, SC, Oxford, Tuscaloosa and Arkansas. Baton Rouge was the most fun of those. Arkansas was a great experience. Its just a long damn drive from Auburn. USCe was fun. Oxford was pretty average, but the women were beautiful. OM was pretty bad when I took that trip so they weren't very enthusiastic about being there. Athens has never been great the few times I've been. Their bad fans seem to be worse than the average bad fans and we all have bad fans. Tuscaloosa has turned into a corporate gathering. It used to be pretty fun 20-25 years ago.

Not sure how you would be traveling but Sweatman's BBQ in Holly Hill is worth the detour if you are driving up on Friday.

I was in Hattiesburg for a military training thing. They were playing State, and having a decent season so everyone seemed pretty amped up.
