I think it is reviewable only if the penalty is called. And that is only confirm the play was targeting so as to determine if the culprit is to be ejected. If called, the personal foul can not be reversed even if the player stays in the game. There was no targeting penalty called. Hence, no review.

Then they must have changed the rules. That's the way is was. Have you ever seen a review for targeting when a penalty was NOT called?

Danielson is the best color man in college football. He works harder at it and his QB experience allows him to dissect the more intricate parts of the game to share with the audience.














He's the best analyst in college football tv...and it's not really close.
