Of course he is.
I'm wondering if they are thinking of telling him to go frick himself.
I doubt he gets fired, just that FSU will refuse to give in to his demands.

Fisher didn’t want anything from Florida State it was about money and he is now gone, nothing more to it. you simpletons can sit around and make up all the nonsense you want but the reality is that we ponied up the dough that he wanted and they are not capable of doing it

There is a term that says he has to notify FSU of any negotiations. Maybe he did maybe he didnt (the news media reports make it seem like he did with all the $60 million practice facility talk). In any case it doesnt matter because the resolution if he does negotiate with someone else is spelled out... their remedy is that they are able to fire him with cause. So basically, again, he would just walk for free when FSU could otherwise collect $7 million from Jimbo's buyout.
