We won 9 games and return alot of our players. dont overanalyze dipshit. we were a strong team last year and will hopefully be again

8-4 regular season (bowl win against a terrible Michigan team)
4-4 in the SEC and 5th in the West

you guys went to a Cotton Bowl with a 4-4 SEC record- but that was great huh?
Not to mention the year before when the West was down and had 3 teams with losing records.
State finishes 15th in the nation but 5th in the West- Bear fans say Mullen cant win West games

He's an Arkansas fan.
But as far as OM's concerned.....we new we lost a start in Wallace and P. Jerry that year.
You can't forget about losing basically your entire LB corp and D-Coordinator. And don't give us that "he's running Diaz's system". He isn't Diaz. High might be him....Hell...he might be better than Diaz.
.....but there's a DAMNED good chance that he won't be nearly as good as Diaz. Not every coach that learned under Bear Bryant was successful.
