I try not to bag on Longhorn fans, however most of your post are terrible…

Baseball Team will be fine, did you know Flu has gone thru the team. Good time for it to go thru team. Certainly not playing up to what they have, however time to pump the brakes on your panicking…

Really stretching that. Just a freshman acting a fool and Schloss did come out and lecture him about it.

Yeah I thought Schloss handled it fine. He is a freshman, so I don't want to pile on, but I hate that more and more baseball players are acting like basketball players these days. Baseball has always been more of a rural sport, whereas basketball is more urban. Baseball is slow, basketball is fast. It seems like small town ways always lose out to big city trends, so I hate seeing baseball players talking so much shite. We had a freshman go a little too far earlier this season, so it is definitely not just a Texas thing.

I don’t think it’s urban vs rural so much as they’re legislating out a lot of the “unwritten rules.” In some ways this is good. Emotion isn’t always bad, but it has kind of let loose the divas. Groups of all stripes have always had divas among their number.

Decades ago this kid would have being dodging one high and inside lol.

He is also a highly rated football recruit so he’s fast paced by nature.

Time and place for it but schloss’s “lecture” didn’t deter Jonah from doing the exact same thing next AB

Edit:gator where’s the Saturday thread!
