I fully understand and grasp who we've played. I also watch a lot of football. Our DT group is VERY good. Beckner Jr and Elliott are both legitimate round 1/2 guys. LBs are also quality. Terez Hall is extremely underrated. He doesn't get talked about as one of the best LBs in this conference but he is. Garrett is also a very quality player. He's smart and a tough son of a bitch.
Not saying we have the D to win a NC or anything, but watching these guys a lot and we are playing MUCH better on D. The discipline and tackling are both vastly improved.
I understand the point though. We haven't played anybody, I agree.
Georgia just appears to be on another level unfortunately.

Well, if that's really the case then we'll see.
UGA has six 1/2 round guys in their 2/3 deep.
Bama has just as many.
LSU has at least one, maybe two.
Auburn thinks they have two or three.
Clemson says they have four.
OSU says they have two.
Miami says they have one and so do a dozen other schools.
This may be the richest year for DLinemen in draft history but I wonder if y'all really have two 1/2 rounders this year or next?
Lock ... he's the real deal, I've typed that over and over and I love your TE and one of your WRs. I'm just not sure you're anywhere near as loaded as you may think you are right at the moment.
I just looked at two early mock drafts through five rounds ... and I only see one Mizzou player in there. Lock.
Conversely I see three Gamecocks listed ... yet UGA just beat us like a drum.
I get your optimism though. Time will tell.

Elliott isn't draft eligible. I'd be shocked if TBJ did not go in the first two rounds.
