I think you should take your own advice. I never said it COULDN'T happen, I said assuming it would easily happen is what's ridiculous, which is exactly what you did.
I said it was "safe to assume." By calling that idea "delusional", You were essentially saying it would NOT be safe to assume it would happen.
Considering his career YPC of 7.4, a margin of 1.7 yards is rather large. The larger the margin, the safer (easier) it is to assume.

Actually, we seem to making some progress. For example, RB10 indirectly acknowledged that I was correct about LF's drop off in production just a few posts up.

Was this while you were shitting all over your own Chubb argument?
Yes, yes it was.
ETA: Coincidentally, it's also the point that you proved your only care in measuring success was YPC, since that's the only stat that mattered when measuring the difference between the 1st and 2nd half of the season for him.
You really need to work on not contradicting all of your own arguments with later comments. Especially in the same thread.

No, because that never happened. I explained why this idea of yours is incorrect earlier today, and you didnt refute any of it.

What are you talking about? I have never contradicted my opinion on the relevance of YPC in a RB comparison.

You've contradicted yourself multiple times in this thread. I know you don't want to see it, but it's true.
In fact, judging by how you've posted so far in this thread, it's reasonable for me to assume that if I leave you alone long enough, you will post something that contradicts this one. Then, you will bring up more stats to pump up Chubb, only to post stats to belittle Fournette which contradict said post about Chubb.
So, I'm going to leave you to your devices. CHUBBS THE GOAT BRO!!!! NO ONE COMPARES!!!
Don't lose faith if Fournette manages to outperform him again next year. You will always have 2014 and the first 18 games to lean on.

You admitted you falsely accused me of contradicting myself on TD measurement, so who is to say that this is not another false accusation made by you?
When did I contradict myself on yards meaurement? I don't recall saying total yards or YPG were more important than YPC, but if I did, I want you to show it to me because I want to see it.

This thread has gotten...Petty

A majority of threads are petty, but it gets worse when folks talk trash rather than make substantive points.

I don't recall trying to prove that, but What's more relevant than ypc?

Damn. Thread should have ended here. That is the 2 most important stats for RBs according to LSU fans.
LSU fans in general? It would be hilarious if there was a link to a thread from last year in which rb10 said common opponents mattered most.

Fournette is clearly better than Chubb

Fournette is top 1 in the country just like last year. In 2017 he'll be top 1 in the NFL.

Maybe thats based upon your inherent subjective bias.

dude... quit poking at him, maybe he'll go away. I'm the one who compiled stats vs. common opponents (for shits & giggles) but this thread & these two has became worse than sad....

Don't Be that guy Dallas. Worse than Sad happens when logical and factual points are made and another person responds with silly laughing emoticons, irrational accusations of delusion, and a few illogical points mixed in.
Posted on 3/10/16 at 12:44 pm to djsdawg
Dallas is right. Who cares?
You aren't going to persuade any LSU fans (on an LSU-based forum) into thinking Chubb is the better player, so why even bother with it?

This time killing battle is in the name of logic and decency rather than persuasion.
