I just randomly read the name Zeke Pike. Which of course made me wonder just what he was up to these days as I had a feeling he was no longer a Plainsman since I hadn't heard the name in so long. Turns out, he is a TE at Louisville. Kid was supposed to be some kind of QB.

Who are some other notable former SEC recruits/players that just didn't pan out?

I find it funny he's at Louisville with Dyer.

Wonder who they are rooting for in the BCS.

I am going to create a board game titles "Where in the world is Willie Williams!?"

Joe Namath. Had discipline problems and left before graduation. Last I heard, he was putting in some time in a start-up league.

Matt Pachan. Nothing but injuries and bad luck as OL at UF. He transferred to Boston College and is having a career year this season.

QB Tanner McEvoy ... a bug deal was made of it when he lied to the HBC and then the HBC sent his arse packing.

Now he's a safety at Wisconsin. We'll see him in the bowl game, I'm sure. Connor Shaw will light him up hopefully.

Whats the deal with this? I thought he just decided to transfer because he asked for a position change?
