So it was TM7's apt and they found 10 bags of pot and all he got charged with was a misdemeanor. Something doesn't sit right.

pretty sure one bag of pot and ziploc bags is possession with intent with distribute, which I thought was a felony? Anything over 20 grams is a felony too IIRC. That's fishy or false

True, but like I said something doesn't sit right. If it was his apt and they found those drugs in the open. He is responsible for it all. Scale, MJ, bags all of it. It is his place of residency, as the article says. Gotta wait for it all to come out.
