Athens is top 3 as much as it pains me to say it. It has the perfect set up. If Auburn’s downtown was bigger they’d be identical in that the downtown area is literally across the street from campus. Our bar scene is terrible and the last time I read the local Auburn news it isn’t going to improve. The local city commission rules the roost and they were very honest in stating they weren’t going to be issuing new liquor licenses.
