You do realize we weren't aware of the 2nd NOA when these kids were recruited

If Van Jefferson’s dad thought OM was about truth and honesty he has to be the stupidest sumbitch on the face of the planet

Remember a couple of days ago when all the OM fans could talk about are how weak the sanctions are...

They can bury their heads in the sand if they want, but reality is gonna bite a big chunk out of that arse sticking up in the air. Their program is gonna be touring the pit of misery for at least several years. Big drops in talent and depth.

Why would I realize that or care about that? The parents of your players are the ones who are upset

that's a quarter of recruiting class. Y'all only had 20 enroll last year (3 JUCO) and have 11 committed for this cycle (2 JUCO). It's going to be about bodies for the next two or three years.

agree - will be toughest thing to deal with..but only a couple of those looked to be contributors..Julius and Nixon had promise

have been told Sankey sent memo to all SEC schools. No OM players will be allowed to transfer within the conference."

This is why Thomas Mars is involved. He's gonna get them a waiver and he's going to get them free to go anywhere.

You don't need an attorney to request a transfer. You do need an attorney to do so without penalty or restriction.

He better work quickly if he's going to get it done.

Evidently players were saying they were misled and were threatening to sue the university. How many players will Memphis pick up?

Yep...apparently Brother Hugh wrote them checks that they can't cash now.....

Limitations? How the hell did OM think they had the right to place restrictions on the players eligible to transfer?

I think for players with more than one year of eligibility left, they wouldn't grant their release to another SEC school

Well, if they keep that arse pointing upward I'm certain this will get the attention of (let's say) Jerry Sandusky. He'll make a beeline to Oxford and excite the coaches with a few closed door (or perhaps back door) seminars on ethics and morality in sports.
