I have pounds and pounds of venison sausage hitting our tailgate smoker early tomorrow. Games all day.

Love that stuff. Last year, I was at a barbecue where a guy who was native Alaskan had some caribou (he said it was the same thing as a reindeer; I didn't know that) sausage and that was unbelievable.
