For SEC Tournament, are Clubhouse Hospitality or General Admission tickets better?

First time going to Hoover and trying to decide. It appears there is food and drink in Clubhouse, but General Admission is closer to the field. Just curious if anyone can provide some opinions, thanks.

Food is usually catered in the Jordan Room, with easy access to bathrooms, various desserts, and refrigerated drink cabinets.
From there, you can walk out onto the upper concourse to view from the covered balcony, go down the hall to a suite/box (if you have access), or take the elevator down to the general concourse and seating area.
I personally don't think it's too far away — you're on the same level as the boxes and the control room where the cameras are located — and the amenities outweigh the proximity (especially if rain is forecasted), but to each their own.

For reference, the Jordan Room is located here (where the larger row of windows are):

Thank you. I was told I will need both tickets to watch the game, so I guess I will be buying both regardless.

I would do Clubhouse if I could or assigned seat. Don't care for GA.

It’s a great atmosphere, especially on championship day. Not really a bad seat in the entire stadium, even sitting on a towel on the grass berm isn’t too bad. But they do not allow alcohol inside the stadium. But they will have a fan fare and indoor event beyond the right field wall where you can buy alcohol. You can come and go as you please during the game as side there is a sidewalk leading to it. They will have kids for games inside and outside, full open bar, and big screen TV’s. It’s fun to hang out there when your team isn’t playing before or afterwards.

Be sure to check out Brocks Gap Brewing across the way from the Stadium. Its fairly new and had a good atmosphere last year during the tournament. Can walk directly from the stadium.

Seen it last year when I was driving in. The entire area around it looked new. Will most definitely check it out this year.

Is re-entry allowed after the they scan the ticket? How does that work?

Was last year. Last year they stamped your hand when they scanned ticket. So as long as you had the stamp you were good. Also the Finely Center is part of the complex, and you follow the side walk up between the batting cages and right field all the way up to Finley Center to hang out, eat, play games, and access to open bar. The kids hung out up there most of the games we went to last year while I was down at the stadium watching the game. Also the Finley Center was free to get in also for people that didn’t have tickets and just wanted to hang out and have fun. They have side doors that open to stadium that you have to show ticket to or stamp when coming and going. Last year they had indoor basketball court, batting cages, corn hole boards, pool tables, air hockey, radar gun set up to see how fast you could throw, 3 open bars, multiple food vendors set up, face painting, big screen TV’s with the games on of all the conference tournaments, actual couches and recliners setup in front of the big screens, rock climbing, zip line and more. There is stuff to do all week for all ages from kids to adults.

That sounds fantastic for the kids. Looking forward to taking our first trip to the tournament

Also all the games are free inside the fan fun center or was last year at least. Kids ran off and had a blast and didn’t have to worry about giving them a ton of money to just play games.

ETA - come to think of it, they clear the stadium in between games, I think.
