Whoever wins the SECCG will beat ND...pretty simple. Now get ready for next year when all we are going to hear about is the Buckeyes and Urban Cryers. That is going to suck like nothing else. Having to listen to how great the Big 10 is...frick.

If Alabama makes it, I will pull for Bama. It's not because of the SEC aligence people feel when bowl season is here. It's because given the choice between Notre Dame and Alabam I'm picking Alabama.
Bama fans are sooo over the top especially on this board this post proves my point, but the media slobb fest that would rain down on the sports nation if ND wins would be unbearable to me.

ND will be just as good next year...OSU will not. Not to mention that if OSU were to be playing for the NC, it would be business as usual....another L from an SEC team.

You have a valid point. Whoever wins will get a lovefest and deservedly.
It is beyond this year that could affect things. Before KSU, Bama and Oregon lost ND was on the outside looking in. That won't happen again if they win, and even making the NC game may be enough for them no to be in that position again (outside looking in) in the next several years.
If you root for any SEC team you want to have the benefit of the doubt when you need to.

Eh....too early to tell. They are losing a possible Heisman finalist and a first round pick at TE.
4 of their starting linemen are seniors.
Their two top running backs are seniors.
ND could easily be a mediocre team next season.

Yes you will...when has Bama stpped gloating or talking about history and our previous Championships? Hell before Saban even won us any remember "Got 12?" LOL...and we hadn't won one since 1992. How quickly we forget Bama fans are going to be Bama fans. You must be new to this?

NbamaTiger...Don't give a damn if you pull for us or UGA, just don't understand why Notre Dame? I for one don't care if another team wins the BCS in the SEC. I'm not scared like some of you are talking about recruiting and stuff. Bama's going to be Bama with or without you. That's why we have so many championships. When we sucked in the 90's and early 2000's we still had 12. Even pre-Saban we had the most championships and I doubt you'll live long enough to see your team out do us. My point is....this is not for any type of superiority. Just don't want to be subjected to the ND media orgy.

Which team got into the BCSNCG last season after losing despite having already lost to the undefeated SEC champ at home. Which team was getting compared to NFL teams earlier in the season? Which team's coach gets at least an hour of air time every Saturday morning for the entire season whether in the form of some lame arse inspiration story or in the form of a live appearance? Spare me the media loves Notre Dame sob story.
Playoffs are on the way anyhow, so I could care less if the SEC wins it all this year. If Bama loses both the SECCG and its bowl game to some Utahesque scrub it will be just fine with me.
