Nope. In 21 games he has 3 total sacks.

1 total sack in 13 SEC games

He plays the same position as the highest graded defender in the country. What leads you to believe he would start over that guy?

He calls the signal and is clearly the leader on that defense and makes a lot of tackles. He is the alpha male so to speak, so yes, it a big deal for him to miss a half. LSU will not be quite as good on defense in the first half.
