You can't e over ranked. It's not a human poll.
Every team is ranked where they should be from week to week. Why is this confusing?

It's all relative to your opponents dumb frick. You think San Diego St has the best run defense in the country if they played an SEC schedule ? That's what he means by Overrated

No it isn't. Their defense is legit regardless of their competition. I love our offense but this will be a test for both teams.

Team As defense is the number 77th defense in the nation. That's it. That's their rating. Next week they may be 76th or 78th. That's their rating.

I suggest the numbers are inflated because Grantham keeps starters in for blowouts (it helps his personal compensation and job hunting).
And sure as shite that same week.... Granthams defense gives up 29 to Vandy,
36 to UGA, and 31 to Scar. Teams with good running backs and the ability to throw downfield.
