SEC football is won in the trenches. I don’t care how many stars you have, the cohesion of the o-line is crucial. People are overlooking this concerning Florida. Franks could take a beating early and the season will go off the rails quick. I’ll get ridiculed for this opinion, but just remember you heard it here first.

So do we. Watch what happens.....

Stone Forsythe - Redshirt Junior
Brett Heggie - Redshirt Junior
Nick Buchannon - Redshirt Senior
Noah Banks - Senior
Richard Gouraige - Redshirt Freshman.
While I understand what you're saying, these aren't young green guys. They have time in the system and while they will need to play together and get reps together, it's not like we have all true freshmen or something.

You aren’t playing the same game. Outside of Texas, you won’t see a defensive front that will compare to the best 5 defenses Florida has to face.

Your’s were all ranked a lot higher.

This will be Bedenbaugh's best unit yet. They are LOCO.

This year or in the future?

Both. You know it takes time for a unit to gel. They will. It will be bad when they do.

Iowa State is predicted 3rd in the Big 12. A lot of SEC offensive lines would look great against that competition. Just look at any NFL draft you want and compare Big 12 defensive linemen to SEC defensive linemen drafted.

You're missing the point of why ISU is where they are. Just like you missed the point of why Texas beat Georgia. It's the same formula.

While true, they have a HC that has always done more with less.
I think they're gonna surprise this year.

Our offensive line was supposed to be the weak point of our offense last year and ended up finishing 24th in the country. https://www.footballoutsiders.com/stats/ncaaol
In 2017 we were ranked 67th.

I bet you missed the point too, but that’s for a different thread

Warned me? I am one who didn’t expect to win that game.

If you say so. I'm warning LSU just the same.....

Unlike uga, LSU has every reason to be UP for Texas.

Think that will matter?

Mindset matters. Chances of winning go way down without focus on the opponent.
