WAIT a second, since when is choking a woman at Florida strike 3??? If you look in the Florida Football Policies and Procedures Manual, choking a bitch is clearly listed as strike 2 and comes with a one game suspension. Threatening to kill a bitch or actually killing a bitch is strike 3. I don't know what Mullen is trying to pull here.
