I didn't watch much of this dude's games in college but from what I have seen on the field so far this he has pro-bowl potential.

I love the way he plays. He's cocky as frick out there.

Looking more and more like a steal in the 4th for us.

How did yall like him at Florida?

Solid player, biggest game was his last against Michigan in the Peach Bowl.

He came back for his senior season because he said he loved being a Gator, good enough for me!

He was great in the nickel position. Built for that position has the meanness to play there. He can get sucked in on screenplays a little do to his loving to hit. He will be big-time he gets better every year.

But UFMatt is a little wrong he DID NOT come back for his senior year. Wish he had the Gator D would be beastly this year with him at the nickel.

Being a Gator fan as well as a Saint fan, I am glad to see him playing like he is. Go Saints!

Alex Alazone is another former Gator that has played well for the Saints recently.

But the greatest Gator turned Saint was Wes Chandler. His highlight video on youtube is insane.

You are correct, what I remembered incorrectly wasn't that he stayed but that he played in the bowl game after committing to the NFL draft, when several Michigan players didn't, because he loved his teammates and loved being a Gator.

Alex was injury prone in college too. Such a good player but could barely get on the field.

Chauncey is a weird one. Came in a top 100 player. Had a great freshman year at corner. Then got moved to safety and may have been the worst safety in the SEC. Had like 40 missed tackles it was hard to watch

Came back as nickel and holy shite did he shine.

He really shined at Nickel in Grantham's defense. He was lost the year before.

Did he go by "C.J." or "Chauncey" at UF... hearing the announcers say "C.J. Gardner Johnson" isn't the smoothest thing I've heard.

He was my favorite player on the team last year. He can play Nickel or Safety. He had tackling issues early in is career but he cleaned that up his junior year. He will talk shite with the best of them. Hell of a player.

Didn’t start the C.J Gardner-Johnson Till his senior year. Definitely one of those nicknames that looks better on paper than actually saying.

Played since true frosh year.
Was always a baller. Became a leader on defense. Had big games vs Iowa and Michigan. Had 3 pick sixes in those games combined.
