Jordan Davis is a unicorn. There arent others like him. But jalen carter is better. Travon Walker is coming on. This is a no-name defense because everyone does their job. JD99 isnt your only issue.

Our O line should be healthier for this game and I think they are a slightly above average SEC O line.

The consensus is that Kentuckys OL is above average. Did you see the swim move that Jalen Carter put on UK about 8 times in that game?

If Georgia thinks they can just load up close to the line they will get burned with long passes just like LSU did.

If you havent watched UGA play this season, just say so.
UGA doesnt stack the line to shut down the run game. Youve been with Todd Grantham too long. We are dominating the run games with our front 4 (jordan davis/jalen carter, devonte wyatt, travon walker, nolan smith).

You do understand that there is a reason why our defense is having so much success, right? It isnt just throwing bodies at the line of scrimmage like todd "third and" grantham.

You said it was the same D is last year, so naive isn’t the right word to use

I have watched you play defense this season and see some of the things you have been doing and if you try some of that mess Richardson will burn you in the passing game if Mullen will allow him to play most of the game.

All Mullen has to do is allow Richardson to roll out and let him wing it Cam Newton style. If you respect his running ability too much he will burn you passing it. I have seen the receivers getting open on Georgia's secondary. Heck what did Trask throw for on this Georgia defense last season? - like 500 yards...

lol - That secondary has guys pretty open at times. You just haven't played anybody good on offense as of now. Cant count the times KY's QB could have made a play he missed.

It's almost as if teams occasionally get completions and first downs and sometimes even points!

That they do. The problem is the qb is usually running for his life and that forces a bad throw. I also think you're overplaying Richardson's passing ability. He threw a couple of ints vs LSU and their defense in not even in the same stratosphere as ours.

Well since we are talking about defense some take a guess where these numbers came from?

5/16 78 yards 1 TD 1 Interception

And all those dropped passes too, with both Tucky and Auby. Bad Bo was putting too much heat on those passes. He was jacked up. If the receivers hold on to all those balls, who knows?

Yep...you haven't watched much UGA defense this year.

You do realize that this years defense looks nothing like last years defense, or hell any other Kirby defense from an aggression perspective. Sure we still play 2 gap on run downs, but there is more twisting and stunting and 1 gap being played on passing downs. The amount of simulated pressure looks are way up, yet we rarely rush more than 5. We are tied for the league lead in sacks at 24, with 1 less game then either LSU or A&M.. On third and long Kirby has been brining serious pressure. On the back end we have played more zone concepts than I have ever seen under Kirby.

Oh yeah, I forgot, our mountain of a man at NT, Jordan Davis, didn't play against you last year. He is playing himself into a top 25 pick in the draft. The crazy thing is he is our 2nd best interior DL this year, Travon Walker is probably going higher in the draft than him and has ABSOLUTELY wrecked teams.

BTW. We probably won't bring a lot of extra pressure on Richardson as it will be either Nakobe Dean or Adam Anderson's job to spy him when he gets spooked in the pocket or on a roll out. Anderson is 6-4 240 and runs a 4.5. He might not get a lot of stats in the game but he is certainly going to be the guy that mirrors Richardson most of the game.

UGA fans never answer questions.

They only live to tell how great their team is. Even though they haven't won a national championship in over 40 years.

You would think they would at least wait until they played a real top 10 offense to proclaim their defense the best ever. Kind of comical watching them beat their chest over Bo Nix.

When do you expect that to happen? Something tells me, rankings are going to change on Sunday.
