Gruden is going to quit a $6.5 million/year gig, to work 10x harder and take a paycut, to try and rebuild a program, so his son can break into coaching.

I hate to break it to UT fans but he makes more money than you'll pay him and he only works like two days a week in his current gig

Don't kid yourself, his love for the VOLS outweighs any amount of money. I wouldn't be surprised if he coached for free.
