I dunno, he definitely is making some plays. It's already been hit on here though. He has thrown several toss up balls, and he doesn't secure the ball at all when he's running.
He can't get away with that kind of play on a week to week basis.

Yep....even if he came down inbounds it would have been incomplete because he voluntarily stepped out of bounds and was the 1st to touch the ball when he came back in.
