The pom squads are always hotter than the cheerleaders and the dance team. The dance team has to have some kind of skill (the ability to dance), and cheerleaders are hindered by the fact that the can't be above 5' tall, plus they have to be good at what they do. The Pom squads sole purpose is to be hot, and they don't actually have to be good at anything.
