This is what Aggies CAN'T understand. No one is saying we go to the games to LOOK at cheerleaders or that we even pay attention to them at the games. We don't. This communication breakdown comes from the fact that Aggies DO pay a great deal of attention to the yell leaders and it seems to be almost as big of a deal as the game itself. This is just simply not the way it works in the SEC. The cheerleaders really don't even "lead" cheers for the most part. No one is making fun of Aggie because they can't look at cheerleaders at the game. We're simply making fun of you because you don't have them. Get this through your head.

Yell Leaders are elected by the students and they're typically members of the Corps. Those haircuts are junior and senior haircuts in the Corps.
Sidenote: I haven't read the rest of this thread. Am I missing anything? :)

You're still not getting it. It has nothing to do with lack of eye candy at the games. We don't have that problem in the SEC. It's the principle.
