This team looks just like the past two, with yet again a large number of fresh new faces while the previous team's contributors are missing.
It hasn't been a lack of talent, it has been coaching. Especially after hearing him rant and rave about how much he loves this team and is finally able to install his system which looks suspiciously like the same "system" that has been ran the previous 3 years....

There are plenty of abled coaches out there that would gladly take Arkansas to where it needs to be. Don't worry, you guys will be fine down the road.

Nope, Pel is a pawn being used by the AD in a huge pissing match.
The only positive thing about Pel is he is cheap, even if he is still being paid more than he is worth, this frees up money for the football program.

Thanks for the support, but damn, this is depressing. No reason we shouldn't be in the top 25 every year. And this wasn't a fluke game, UAB was just simply the better team. We were lucky to send it to OT.

We are likely worse.
This year will set all time lows in attendance at Walton Arena.
Oddly, we will still probably lead the SEC West in attendance.

At this point I wouldn't mind giving Notes a chance to resurrect his career.

and this statement is why I compare you guys to Mississippi football...you guys have been average for 15 years..that means that this years recruits were 3 years old since your program has been good...Since you guys joined the SEC, your program has plummeted- once you lost Corliss, Thurman, and crew- it's been downhill
You guys do have a NC and some outstanding history- but nothing in quite awhile...

Final Fours- State 1, UPig 1
NCAA appearances- UPig 9 State 8
Conference titles- State 1 Upig 0
SEC West titles- State 6 UPig 0
SEC Tourney titles- State 3, UPig 1
reality is tough to deal with- especially when you used to be real good- ask Notre Dame

Why are you comparing Arkansas and Miss St? MSU is at an all time high right now, and thats not saying much. Winning the SEC West right now its not an accomplishment by any means, but you think it is. Arkansas is like Alabama in football a few years ago, we're in our down time right now. Get a good coach with the great players that is coming in next year and problem solved.

Yes, that is mediocre, but he also thinks MSU has been much, much better.
Its just a matter of time before Arkansas is back toward the top of college basketball.
