Both are great experiences and I have been to multiple of both. BUT...The Final Four is the best.

Final 4. We have sucked at baseball for a long while, so a CWS appearance would be pretty astronomical tho.

I’ve been to both a couple of times now.
For the weekend party the Final Four is hard to beat.
For the week long party or ten day party and just for the sheer spectacle of it all and the way the locals cater to visitors ... I’d recommend Omaha over the Final Four if I had to choose one over the other.

Final 4. College basketball is a national sport and has everyone watching. College baseball while popular in the south and west coast just don’t have the popularity across the nation as a whole.

LSU is doing both this year, so it doesn't matter.

For South Carolina it is most certainly basketball.
Till our final four run in 2017 the last time we made the NCAAT was 05, and the last win in the NCAAT was in the 70s

Final 4 . Basketball is more important then baseball, only 4 teams make the final 4 compared to 8 in the CWS plus SEC teams seem to make the CWS a lot but not the final 4.
