What makes you believe that? His overall record is only better than one of the other prognosticators.

if you haven't noticed, the easy cop out for the "experts" is picking the favorite and then saying "but its gonna be closer than everyone thinks." Herbstreit thinks 99% of games will end this way if you believe what he says.

He's tied for 6th/7th in that bunch. Looks like he is trying to pick against the grain to make up some ground, logic be damned.

Almost all of them picked Arky to cover the spread. Anything over 10 is too high IMO

It appears the purpose of this thread was to reassure yourself.
What should I say? "Yes, Feldman is a genius because he picked the team I think will get beat by 3 TDs"? That wouldn't make much sense, would it? I was giving him the benefit of the doubt by not saying he is dumb.
