FCS Playoff teams vs SEC teams this year
- #3 South Dakota lost to Missouri 35-10
- #7 Furman lost to South Carolina 47-21
- Chattanooga lost to Alabama 66-10
- Austin Peay lost to Tennessee 30-13
- Mercer lost to Ole Miss 73-7

Good to see Idaho drop down a level and succeed. They have to enjoy playing regional teams (Dakotas, Montana, Montana St, Idaho St, Eastern Washington) and being good more than going 0-12 to 4-8 every year and playing a random hodgepodge of Sub Belt teams like they did during the 2000s.

To be fair they were 6-2 vs the FCS. They played 2 FBS games (lost 41-6 to TCU and 36-7 to Tulane).

I hope to see Lindenwood in this bracket someday. Last season, they were the only D1 program in either subdivision to not have anyone enter the portal.
