Those mid majors are able to hang onto players and thats why you are seeing them here more and more. SDSU has what? 3 seniors starting? When is the last time you have seen that?
The P5 schools have better freshmen but they are not as seasoned. There is a huge difference in being a freshman and a senior in any sport. This is not the days of Duke, UNC and Kansas showing up every year with a 4 year Christian Laettner, a 4 year Bobby Hurley, a 4 year James Worthy or 4 year Danny manning.

FAU has one senior on their roster and he doesn’t start. Their team is mostly freshman and sophomores.

NCAA Tournament is the best sporting event there is. I think it’s great FAU and San Diego State have made the final four.
