why are you so vehemently defending this sort of thing?
You want more than a #1 ranked team in the nation? Need to win absolutely anything and everything there is to win including internet battles?

You all call me sensitive yet people cant reasonably question an apology made by a player unders some questionable circumstances with being "goons and "trash"

gumps gonna gump.

The unquestionable reality and the overwhelming hypocrisy is that if this was a Bama player and the circumstances were reversed you all would be in meltdown mode. Like 50 page meltdown mode, calling for suspensions and questioning the apology given the circumstances.

How do you suspend a third or fourth string player? What will that solve. Chances are he was not going to play this coming week anyway.

On the other hand, Little Nickie didn't pull him from the game. So perhaps his position is dictated more by political correctness than by any real belief that Fanning was wrong.

I would question that. If this was the other way around, I would proud of the Missouri player for taking responsibility and apologizing. I don't understand what's so hard about being proud of a kid for sacking up and trying to fix what he did wrong.

Good on ya, Mr Fanning.

Let me ask this to all. If Tyler Hayes had not helped with the tackle would it had been on the players neck, or would Fanning fall backwards on his own back?

Jesus "do anything to avoid suspension" Christ.

And of course, Slive's bitch, pansy, shite stain arse will do what ever Saban says and he will NOT be suspended.

Goddamit, I hate Slaban.

I believe I misspoke. I would like to revise my "F auburn" contention to "F all of you".

Cheers.

Class. Bama, Saban, and Fanning just exude class. When does J C Copeland write his apology letter for drilling the defenseless USCe player in the small of the back with the crown of his helmet?

Apologizing to mizzou is like apologizing to your girl about your first affair. Words are not enough, she wants your nutsack delivered up in a silver goblet, to sufficiently reassure her that she is still loved and respected.

Well he damn sure deserves one, especially considering there have been other players that have received one for much less.

Its almost like trying to have a logical and rational discussion with a gump involving their program.

He only plays a handful of plays a game. Sometimes none at all. If you really want to punish him you need to come with something besides a one game suspension.
