Why yes I don't understand any of this, in all my stat & probability classes they taught us that sometimes outputs are flawed & have error. And that part of being a good statistician is adjusting your model to account for such error.
There are a lot of obvious flags with your output...just need to keep tinkering

It's ok that LSU lost to Ole Miss, because the numbers show that LSU is still the better team! I'm serious guys!

What are the "obvious" flags.
It adjusts itself each week. It's only goal is to predict scores/spreads. Just like Vegas.
Last week, my model had Ole miss scoring 31 points on LSU. Everyone said "there's no way Ole Miss scores 31 on LSU"... According to the model, Ole Miss did what they were predicted to do, LSU did not. So LSU got adjusted down. Ole Miss's rating increased because Louisville outperformed the model's expectation against SMU.
Everything gets adjusted every week depending on results.

The model would marginally favor LSU over Ole Miss on a neutral field. I bet Vegas would too.
