This. They accurately (kinda) pick what the first pre-season poll will look like, not what the final poll will look like.
LSU in the top 10 in a preseason poll? What else is new.

I expect LSU to be MUCH better on D in 2016 (as compared to 2015). LSU COULD be better on O as well but much of that will depend on how much more Harris develops.
I believe LSU will lose fewer games in 2016 than the Tigers lost in 2014 (5) or 2015(3).

The amount of starters we have returning. This is the most people we've ever kept in the past 10 years. Plus a junior QB and junior stud running back, pretty solid defensive coordinator upgrade. #1 incoming class. I mean come on dude

I can see it. LSU MIGHT be the early west favorite. If that is so then a top 5 preseason ranking is in order. Hell throw the vols in the top 10 too based on expectations.
