If last night taught anyone anything, it's that all this trash talking only provides ammunition for someone later on.
We got beat by a better team last night. That doesn't mean Florida has the better personnel, but last night they had everything better than we did. Congrats to you Florida. But in no way do I, nor do I believe anyone else on here believes that Florida is that much better than LSU. But for last night they certainly were.
As for all of the Bammers and Dawgs on here running your mouths, just remember that one week is not necessarily reflective of the next week. So, if the situation comes to pass that this happens to you in Baton Rouge, come back here and take it like a man.

Agreed. I am not gloating in the LSU loss in the least. I do think there is a small bit of poetic justice after all the overrated talk for the last couple of weeks, but by the end of the season, both teams could be right back in the top 5 to 10 facing each other in the SEC title game. Having to listen to this crap after getting your teeth kicked in aint a lot of fun.
I will be in Baton Rouge for the UGA/LSU game, and hope to share a few beers with the Tiger crew and whoever wins is the better team that day, give me a Tiger bait, I will give you a Go Dawgs and that is the end of it (I hope).

LSU/GA will be a great game and I am greatly looking forward to it.
Now if LSU will dump this duel defensive coordinator crap we have going on and get us a real DC, then I won't feel so suspect in regards to any other passing threats we face.
And how in the world does our defensive line get so little pressure on opposing QB's?

What intrigued me last night was the fact that LSU pretty much gave up in the second half.
LSU needs to fix their attitude, after last night's showing, if they want to stay in it.

I absolutely agree with this, seeing as how much crap we Georgia fans got after the Bama loss, just wait when Georgia proves themselves in these upcoming weeks.

first of i hate usc and the fact that they lost to a nobody and still in top ten.... but i think this could be perfect for lsu now that they played a great team and know wat they have to here on out.... plus les miles is a genius.... frick USC!!!! i hope we play them in NCG

What the frick are you talking about? When did we "give up?" It was 20-14 after the first drive of the 3rd quarter, our team was fighting to get back in that game, they just flat out got beat.
We were throwing the ball downfield and attempting onsides kicks and our defense was hitting all the way until the game's end, Florida just flat out was better last night. We couldn't stop their offense and our freshman QB struggled as did the running game, so get out here with that "LSU gave up" bullshite.

I will keep this in mind the next time Alabama beats Kentucky by 3 after killing Georgia. It's amazing how people's tunes change when the coin is flipped.

Good call! One of my LSU friends called me after the game saying Florida was on fire, played amazing,so on. They simply played what you would normaly expect from an SEC team. LSU just had a bad night....it happens! LSU is a top notch program with players and staff every bit as talented as Florida. People need to cut these guys some slack its only a game and they are only human!

good point. Most certainly Florida is not that much better than LSU. LSU simply did not bring their A game and it cost them. It is happening across the college football landscape and expect more.
