I'm as big of Aggie fan as anyone but we benefited from Bama's defense having to prepare for and play against LSU's power offense the prior week and then try to switch over to our fast paced spread offense the next

Oh I agree. Satan with a month probably would win us 9 out of 10. But as he doesn't see our offense week in and week out in the SEC, the change certainly helps us.

Everyone is laughing at you now as well. A&M v. O would be a good argument/game, to call us some sort of O-jr. is flat out laughable.

When I said Oregon's passing game could expose Alabama's secondary. Just think if A&M (which has a similar offense to the ducks) could put up 30 points on Bama, Then imagine a team with MORE talent, and a much better defense could do to Bama. Honestly The ducks would win by 17 or so points and put up over 35. To bad we won't get to face them. Looks like Oregon K-State natty game.

You think Oregon has a good D?!
LSU or Bama would pound that ball down the throats of those little bitches. Have you forgotten the beatdown LSU put on that "high powered offense" last year?

We're 3 spots above Oregon (we're 27th, they're 30)

Unlike Oregon, however, our offense has played the #1, #3, #10, and #28 scoring defenses.

The best scoring defense Oregon has played is USC (#40)

Game over.

This isn't the same Oregon team as in the past. Get that thru talks narrow minds ffs

I heard the same thing about OU in 2003 & in 2008, 2006 & 2007 Ohio State, Oregon in 2010 and 2011, etc., etc.

If I had a nickel for how many times I heard that Oregon wasn't the same team as in the past, prior to our game with them last year I would be filthy rich.

All I know is that regardless of sport, good defense beats good offense every single time. Oregon still doesn't have a good defense.
