It could be great and could be shitty for the new HC. Let’s see how it plays out. I like the GM idea because every program really needs one.

I like the GM idea too. I just don't know if Saban is wired to not micromanage everything. There can only be one Head Coach and ours is Kalen DeBoer, it's no longer Nick Saban. Boundaries will have to be set and respected or this will never work. Just my opinion.
