Hey Barner,

You, your scumbag school and it's former quarterback have no reason to get your collective nose out of joint, when everybody knows your championship remains the joke of the SEC. Take your holier-than-thou attitude and see how far it gets you when the NCAA finally gets its hands on those FED tapes and comes calling. You can turn that Championship flag into a crying towel.

Coach Saban holds his players accountable to a higher standard. He does not have to disclose to the public the inner workings of The Process. I am sure that Coach Saban handled that situation accordingly. You don't hear Upshaw spouting off to the media about how the bitch deserved it do you? Of course not. These kinds of comments do not meet the standard relative to a players role in the process of what it takes to be successful as a team. Pretty obvious Saban understands this on a level that other coaches do not.

This is exactly why this article, and the point the OP was trying to convey, is a joke

He didn't do it? He was innocent? Sorry dumbfricks but when someone assaults someone, they aren't innocent, whether or not the other guy started the fight.

Well, by your standards, Upshaw shouldn't be playing either. Am I right?

We really don't care what the rest of the SEC (or the nation) thinks.

I must have missed the part where the Jefferson's charges were withdrawn, as Upshaw's were. I'm sure Coach Saban would have processed him accordingly otherwise.

Damn, I don't think I've seen such a committed Kool aid drinker. I'd disown you if I was a Bama fan.

I could ask if Saban processed his son, but I won't.

They were reduced from a Felony to a Misdemeanor (you know what these are, right?). Also, he hasn't gone to court yet for his misdemeanor charge. So therefore, he is innocent until proven guilty.

You're welcome. If you want to stick your head in the sand, be my guest. If you want to think he was totally innocent, that's your business.

Other than the fact that he beat your precious little Bama team, what is your beef with JJ? All of the factual information available suggests that he was at worst involved in a bar fight that he did not insitagate. Unless you are Lowrey or some other loser whose girlfriend dumped you for someone like JJ, I have no idea why you are so hell bent on demonizing him.

Cold, mean, but kinda funny. Don't think young Nicholas would have dressed out for too many games.
