...in the history of Alabama football. We are going to MISS that guy badly. He was a 6'2" Titan. Dude made so many great plays for us.

I loved watching him play, but I still have an appreciation for Waine Bacon as the "the most underrated".

Anders was good, but not the most underrated. Jarret Johnson went largely unrecognized as a 3 year starter at DE 99'-03'. The guy had a motor that never stopped. He was the only 2-time captain in Tide history, he finished 2nd in school history with 23 sacks, and 2nd in school history with 25 tackles for a loss.

He was a ball player, and still is. In 2009 he was named in Pro Football Weekly's list of the ten most underrated players in the NFL.

Loved Anders ... so many great plays at crucial moments. One of my favorite players.

Not a bad career for a undersized late signee DT from the Shula era...

I loved Nautyn McKay-Loescher from those teams too. He looked like a Mongolian warrior.

Anders got a CFL contract the other day, for those of you who don't know and might care.

Anders was a good LB but he did bite on the playfake that went for a TD to his man in the Iron Bowl this year.

He atoned for that error.... I'd say.

Glad he got the CFL gig. Maybe he can play his way into the NFL.

You're right. Because he got beat in coverage on one play that overshadows all the great plays he made.....

....He also ended any chance of Texas having a game winning drive for the NC in about 3 seconds. Funny how you didn't mention that... I wonder why.
