Really it doesn't matter what he said or didn't say. How he feels or doesn't feel. People in this thread like you are being asses as if coaches don't say one thing and do the opposite.

What was it Saban said while coach at Miami and the Bama job. yeah, every coach whose in this business long enough will have a change of opinion whether it is real or due to the paycheck. Deal with it.

HUNH does many things actually. It doesn't allow for defensive substitutions

It doesn't allow for defensive adjustment

It usually doesn't allow a MLB to spy the QB

It takes the fans out of it because they can't catch their breath in between plays

It also wears your offense out too and makes it harder for them to stick to fundamentals. Offenses that run it tend to get very sloppy as the game progresses(see aTm/OM) JFF turns that ball over 6 times. That's why you have to be a very smart and disciplined team to pull it off correctly.

But all that being said it does speed the game up like soccer and you don't have all the lulls which isn't a bad thing either.

Please do me the favor of watching the Alabama/aTm game from last year. Those fat fricks were turning blue in the stands

Too much fried chicken at the tailgate resulted in that...not the offense A&M ran.

Could you enlighten us then why a coach would run a HUNH offense then since you disagreed with each of my points?

Easy, your points were horse shite and were false to begin with.

Thanks for stealing my thunder.

I was just pointing out your points are inaccurate.

You can substitute when facing a HUNH offense, you can make defensive adjustments, you can spy the QB, and the fans dont get tired.

This may be the most pathetic excuse I've seen to date.

Pussification of America, that's what this post makes me think of.

This is probably the biggest advantage of the HUNH.
