Because, muh Aggy?

The aggie melt is amazing. The South Carolina loss certainly kicked it into high gear, but it’s been going on since the App State game.

It was kind of poetic that in O's last game he got one last one over on Jimbo

That cut to Jimbo after Johnson to Jaray happened showed the face of a broken man.

“Attacking 4-3 defense“ Can’t forget the attacking part.

Laugh all you want. Seriously. On that ... he was right.

One of the few coaches that encouraged defense to play to get off the field, in today's game. That used to be a standard. Fritz Shurmer wrote - literally - the book on it.

Wtf. We mind our own business. Kinda keep a low profile with stirring shite. We beat the team y'all hate like hell but here LSU fans are picking on us. We were willing to donate souls in your honor for beating Clemson.

(I'm kidding... Pick on us all y'all want. We have thick skin from years of suckitude and abuse. You can't hurt us with words. )

Because I honestly - in all the good ways - thought he was perfect at LSU. I thought he was the perfect fit in the bayou.

You were not wrong, he was indeed the perfect fit. But he was only the perfect for three and a half years.

He simply wasn't ready to be the coach of a defending national champion, totally blindsided by the concept. He also went thru a divorce, lost half the team to the NFL, covid hit (not an excuse, but it was devastating to him and the team), and he realized there was more to life than the stress of running an upper level P5 and the expectations that come from winning a championship.

Hell, apparently Urban Meyer is a lot smarter than him and look what it did to his arse.

But for two years (I count 2018 because he was obviously building something) that was not a more perfect fit between Team, Coach, and State in the history of college football. I have nothing but football man love for the dude.
